By accessing or using Rivantro’s website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use Rivantro.
Rivantro provides construction risk intelligence tools, deterministic scoring, and analytics designed to support subcontractor evaluation and project decision‑making. Rivantro may update or improve the service at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization to use Rivantro.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify Rivantro immediately of any unauthorized access or security concerns.
Rivantro logs every scoring event, including the scoring entity, user, timestamp, and purpose. Rivantro may provide visibility to the scored entity or its authorized representatives to ensure transparency and prevent misuse.
You agree not to:
Attempt to access systems or data without authorization, Interfere with platform performance or security.
Reverse‑engineer, copy, or redistribute Rivantro’s scoring models or intellectual property.
Use Rivantro for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Rivantro’s scoring, intelligence, and analytics may only be used for legitimate construction‑related purposes, including subcontractor evaluation, project risk assessment, compliance, underwriting, or portfolio oversight. Users may not run scores or evaluations on any entity without a valid business purpose directly related to an active or prospective project, contract, or underwriting process.
Users are strictly prohibited from using Rivantro to: Score competitors or unrelated entities, Score entities involved in litigation or disputes, Score entities for harassment, intimidation, or reputational harm, Conduct investigative or journalistic research, Perform background checks unrelated to construction work, Circumvent procurement rules or manipulate bidding. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to Rivantro.By using the platform, you grant Rivantro permission to process, analyze, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. Rivantro does not sell customer data.
Users retain ownership of documents and data they submit.Rivantro retains ownership of all derived intelligence, including scores, fingerprints, risk indicators, and analytics generated from submitted data. Users may not reverse‑engineer, replicate, or attempt to recreate Rivantro’s scoring logic or derived intelligence.
All Rivantro trademarks, branding, scoring methodologies, algorithms, and platform content are owned by Rivantro. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Rivantro provides risk intelligence and scoring as decision‑support tools.Final decisions remain the responsibility of the user. The service is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivantro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Rivantro may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.You may stop using the service at any time.
Misuse of Rivantro’s scoring or intelligence systems may result in: Immediate account suspension, Permanent termination, Legal liability for damages, Indemnification obligations to Rivantro
Insurers and government agencies may be subject to additional audit, compliance, and data‑handling requirements. Use of Rivantro for regulatory, underwriting, or systemic‑risk purposes must comply with all applicable laws and may require additional agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
